Delivery Policy Description Thank you for visiting and shopping at Einstylo.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Carriers We use for example the following carriers to deliver our orders: Aramex FedEx DHL Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.. Shipping Rates The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Back Orders If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Payment Policy Accepted Methods of Payment Credit Card (Visa, Master Card) Credit Card Charges Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. Customs, Duties and Taxes Einstylo.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Einstylo.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Digital products We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. Your must return the item within 7 days of your purchase. 1. Please email info@einstylo.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. 2. Mail your returned item to a confirm location store provided by an email. 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Return Exceptions Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Restocking Fee All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.
